Exploration is the key to discovery. I like stripping ideas down to their emotional load bearing elements and building from there. The process is a winding and bumpy road, but the end reveals itself only when you’ve taken the journey – just because it’s cheesy doesn’t mean it isn’t true.

The things we make should refract bigger ideas about our society and ourselves. Collaboration is the path to happiness, and the more diverse the collaborators, the more happiness you might find. EQ, compassion, and joy are the keys to leading a team, I think. Always learning :)
